overtightentheclampsorfasteners.

3. Positiontheworkpiecebetweenthejawsand

tightenthejawswiththehandle.Neveruse

acheaterpipetoincreaseleverage,oryou

maydamagethevise.Ifyoulike,unthread

theknobandremovethehandle(Figure 1),

sothatasocketandratchetcanbeusedon

theendoftheleadscrewdrivehex.However,

neveruseanytypeofimpactwrenchto

tightentheleadscrew.
